Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value. Exchange requests are subject to the same conditions as returns.

- Items must be in original condition
- Price difference applies for upgrades
- Exchange shipping may be free for size exchanges where we offer that promotion
Refunds
Once we approve your return and receive the item (or required proof), we process refunds to your original payment method unless we agree otherwise.
- Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Bank or card networks may add a few extra days before the credit appears on your statement.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, wrong, or not as described.
- Some categories (e.g. personalised or hygiene-sensitive goods) may be excluded — we'll confirm when you request a return.
