What are your shipping options?

How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 10-15 business days depending on your location – check the product page as some orders from our local warehouse arrive in 5 working days. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Do you deliver to my country?
Yes! We deliver to all 54 African countries. Enter your address at checkout to see delivery options.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it hasn't been processed for shipping. After this time, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept mobile money (M-Pesa, MTN Money, Airtel Money), bank transfers, Visa, Mastercard, and 10+ other local payment methods.

- Receive your return authorization number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Schedule a pickup or drop off at our designated location
- Receive your refund within 5-7 business days after we receive the item

Yes, most of our products come with manufacturer warranties. The warranty period varies by product type:
- Electronics: 1-2 years manufacturer warranty where stated on the product
- Appliances: 1-3 years manufacturer warranty where stated on the product
- Fashion items: 14 days against manufacturing defects (see returns policy)
